I do have OEM STI Setup if needed but I was wondering if its possible to pass without any cats on the car when running full E85?
I heard before that someone was close to passing when running about 30 percent E85 in the tank.
Has anyone done it?

If it’s obvious that you have no cat on your exhaust it will/should not pass. In that case you will need to have a fake cat, a gutted one. As for the emissions without a cat I doubt it will be pass even when running full E85 but I’m not sure about that.
Alright, I thought so about having the cat on just for visual.
If I was to get a gutted cat could it be placed anywhere in the exhaust system like the midpipe?

Not too far back. A real cat needs to be warm and therefore needs to be somewhat close to the engine.
I believe the emissions should be ok with e85 and no cat actually, of what I have heard from a few mates who have tried. Since e85 is most ethanol it does not create a bunch of strange shit when combusted, like gasoline does.
