      So I go to pick up my car in Arendal and I go to customs, first he has me fill out papers that didnt really apply to me and then anotther sheet.

      After being ignored by him and not answering any of my questions.
      I only had to pay 900sek for temp insurance..

      Then I got clearence and was able to pick up my car..
      I thought I had to pay 25% and 10% of goods..
      Do I get a bill later? or what?
      I have owned the car for a long time.

      Ive looked everywhere and cant find anything about this!

      Also can anybody let me know how much registration is and all fees included for getting my vehicle road worthy?

      I know inspection will be roughly 2000sek. but I dont know everything else. thanks everyone!

      On the Declaration paper I receive from Custom it says

      Shipping cost Fraktkostnader 0.00000
      also says under status

      Uppsgifts Komplett
      Klarerings Klar
      Forsenings Avsluted
      Debiterings –

      Everything is 0.0000 usd on the paper, only thing that has money value is the car section (Facts) is 30000sek but nothing else on it.

      I really thought I would have to pay taxes? Im really confused can anybody shed light?

      Note!!! on form SAD Single Admistration Document, Im looking at the online form and it has a section of calculated tax on it, he never showed me it, I only filled vehicle info, my info, and port.cargo id info.. was I supposed to get a copy of this?

        Depending on the freight forwarder it could be a later invoice. For example DHL and UPS are both releasing goods now before Invoicing to speed things up. It’s great to have a package early, but it sucks when a week later you get a hefty invoice and you’ve been thinking all along you were home free. Hopefully in your case you really are 😉 Screw customs!

          I actually work for ups haha we dont release any goods unless they pay for it first, thou FedEx they do release goods without paying and bill you later for faster process.

          Its just really weird since i KNOW money is paid to custom and nowhere else
          The only thing i can think of is that i was able to transport the Car under me moving here so i dont have to pay vat and custom tax.

          Im double checking today, if the case is that i dont have to pay any then hello mods 😉

              ha weird, anyways my girlfriend called and they said everything is done and I dont have to pay anything :DDDD SOOOO
              TIME TO BUY STUFF AND MOD! next check il perform the inspection and registration, dont want to pay taxes now if im not going to drive it, plus I dont feel comfortable driving it atm since it doesnt have a proper tune for elevation change.. might be overboosting.. so if i dont register it I will have to resist the urge to take it out 🙂 so yea!
