may pull the trigger on some JDM STI bugeye headlights.
Will this guide work? has anyone tried this and pass inspection?

just makes sense that it would work.
Also when buying the headlights, do I need the headlight leveler?
What do I need to do to make sure Il pass inspection on headlights
