Brake pads

Hello svenska imprezaklubben!
Message in english because I can’t understand swedish (yet..)
Im from finland and member of http://www.subaruclubfinland.net/

I’m looking for a brake pads for 2003 Sti, for track use. Could you help me out a bit and give some links who sells pads here (I’m working at sweden for a while) in sweden so I can do some price comparison to what I can get from finland..Seems that most of the car stuff is a bit cheaper here. I was thinking Feredo DS2500 but any other suggestions are welcome.

2500’s are a tad on the weak side for proper track work, the 3000’s are better, however, they’ll be worse on the discs, and the dust can be a complete pig to get rid of on the wheels/bodywork.

2500 is a nice allround compound, if I had to use the car as an everyday runaround, and not swap pads for track driving, I’d go for them myself.

Other than that I can only recommend you to stay away from the Performance Friction stuff, most of them will eat discs like nothing else.
